Napping cuts heart disease risk

An interesting new study suggests napping will actually reduce heart disease by relieving stress. And the percentage reduction is substantial, so it’s hard to contest. However, the question that must be raised and answered is what is the real reason these people are napping. Could they have an underlying sleep disorder that adds its own risks to heart disease See the whole article here
